Primary Trustee

Hilary is executive director of finance and strategic planning for British Columbia Public School Employers’ Association (BCPSEA). She has been with BCPSEA since 2008.

Hilary has held the following positions: assistant secretary treasurer for Saanich School District 63, director of funding and French programs for the Ministry of Education, and accounting term professor at Camosun College. She serves as a trustee for the Public Education Benefits Trust.
