General pension estimator

Get a general estimate of your pension benefit.

What can your Municipal Pension Plan mean for your retirement income? Our general pension estimator tool can estimate the value of your monthly pension payment to help you explore your options. It will also show the value of your bridge benefit, if applicable.

You will need to enter information about your:

  • Age
  • Spouse’s age (if applicable)
  • Planned retirement date
  • Salary information
  • Service information – such as whether you are working full time or part time

Limitations

The general pension estimator doesn’t work for all scenarios. Please contact the Municipal Pension Plan if you:

  • Have a former spouse who has or had an entitlement to your pension
  • Have transferred service from another pension plan and the service/salary is part of your most recent five years
