BCI’s climate action plan
BCI’s climate action plan helps position investments in two ways:
- by capitalizing on investment opportunities created by the long-term transition to a lower carbon economy, and
- by protecting investments from undue physical and transition risks.
This plan builds on two decades of BCI’s climate-related work. BCI is committed to always working in the best financial interests of its clients. Assessing and managing opportunities and risks presented by climate change is key to this commitment.
BCI is one of the founding members of the Sustainable Development Investments Asset Owner Platform, which merged with Net Purpose in 2025. The platform provides a globally consistent framework and standard for investors to assess companies on their contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
