With our online services, we can say with confidence, “You do.” BC’s Municipal Pension Plan understands today’s plan members are busy, and need flexibility and convenience when they interact with the plan. This is why we’ve enhanced the services and transactions members can complete online. Most of the transactions can be completed in less than 10 minutes.

The plan’s online services

Through My Account, you can:

  • Verify your contact information
  • Change your marital status
  • View or download current and past benefit statements
  • Send a secure message to the plan
  • Add or update beneficiaries before retirement
  • Calculate how much it will cost to buy past service, if applicable
  • Create a pension estimate
  • Apply for your pension

Already receiving your pension? Did you know you can get your latest tax document (T4A) any time through My Account? You can also sign up for direct deposit, see your pension payments, update your personal information and profile, change your Canadian banking information and send a secure message to the plan.

Image in article - woman having her eyes examinedIf you’re enrolled in an extended health care or dental plan while receiving your pension, you can also save time and money with Pacific Blue Cross Member Profile. Sign up to submit claims online, register for direct deposit and look up drugs to see if they’re covered. You get your money back faster using Member Profile than if you submit claims through the mail. Remember to use your care card for direct billing.
