Meet the Municipal Retiree Benefit Board of Trustees.

Diana Lokken, CPA, CMA, DPBA

Appointed by: The provincial government and Union of British Columbia Municipalities
MRBT board term: 2022–current

Diana is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA, FCMA) and has achieved the Master in Trust Management Standards. From 2013 to 2019, Diana served as a primary trustee on the BC Municipal Pension Board of Trustees. She was recently appointed to the Municipal Retiree Benefit Board of Trustees.

In 2017, Diana retired from the Capital Regional District and the Capital Regional Hospital District. Her roles included general manager (CFO) and her areas of responsibility included risk management, climate action, information technology, Freedom of Information, real estate and facilities, arts development, and Indigenous relations (including treaty-related matters).

During her career, Diana volunteered internationally and served on numerous boards. She currently serves as a board director for Beacon Community Services and volunteers at the Government House Costume Museum.
