Fernando Coelho is the chief executive officer of posAbilities Association of British Columbia, a multi-regional social service provider in BC. Prior to becoming the CEO in 2007, he was the chief operating officer.

Fernando is past president of the Community Social Services Employers’ Association and currently serves on the community living services bargaining panel. He is also a member of the BC CEO Network, the Federation of Community Social Services of BC and Inclusion BC.
