Josef has over 27 years of experience in various capacities at Heath Sciences Association (HSA). His experience includes general servicing and bargaining highlighted by being a member of the committee that introduced the Municipal Pension Plan to the community social services sector. He also served on the HSA leadership team as the Director of Human Resources for over seven years.

He is currently on staff at HSA as a Consultant, focussing on pensions and health benefits trusts. He is also the Municipal Pension Plan Relationship Manager for HSA.

Josef has served on the MPP Board for over 8 years including membership on several committees.
