Janice Morrison

Janice is a registered physical therapist. Active in the Health Sciences Association of British Columbia, for over 30 years, she has held many elected positions in the union, including secretary/treasurer. She is currently vice-president.

Janice is a city councillor in Nelson, first elected in 1999, re-elected in 2014 and 2018. She also represents the Regional District of Central Kootenay as a trustee of the Municipal Finance Authority of BC.

Recently appointed to the Municipal Retiree Benefit Board of Trustees, she is also honoured to serve MPP as an alternate trustee.
