Rod Santiago was appointed to the Municipal Pension Board of Trustees as a trustee in March 2025. He is a past Board Chair of the Community Social Services Employers’ Association of BC.

Rod is the CEO of Archway Community Services, situated on the traditional territory of the Stó꞉lō Nation. Through its 90+ programs and services, Archway provides counselling, housing, food security, language training, legal assistance, mental health, addictions, intimate partner violence and other supports that strive towards “justice, opportunities and equitable access for all.”

Rod holds an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University and Chartered Director designation through McMaster University.
