Terri is retired after advocating for hospital workers for more than 40 years. She began as a clinical assistant at Canadian Blood Services in her late teens. Later, the Hospital Employees’ Union recruited her to serve as an advocate for workers. Most recently, she was director of membership services for HEU’s Vancouver Island Region.

For the past two years Terri has chaired District 38 (Victoria) of the Municipal Pension Retirees’ Association.
